#mamypoko hello sir This image you can see is thing beneath my son's knee and it little rough to touch not like his normal skin So can you tell me what is it and what can be done to cure it Is it just the roughness which can be cured using baby lotion

A. Hi mommy Apply coconut oil or olive oil twice daily Or lotion twice daily Give adequate feeding Keep baby’s surroundings clean and dust free Maintain hydration
