#mamypoko hello Dr. which iron rich dry fruit I can give to my 6.5 month old baby for low haemoglobin and how it can be given.

A. Overnight soaked one fig abd even overnight soaked black raisins both helps in improving the Hb levels and prunes are also good and start an iron supplement for the baby

A. hello you can give raisins almonds but in the powdered form should be good and any concern then it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better
