it looks like your child is having cold
so , please continue with breastfeeding,it is first and best remedy for this.
along with that , give Sunbath for 20 minutes a day
keep your child head slightly elevated while feeding and sleeping
it will make easy to breathe.
apply warm paste of Turmeric powder and water on chest and back of your child
