ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. well its normal ok for breastfeeding mom. best is to use a good contraception and wait fir weaning as after that it will get okThen you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workout
