Hi mom, after the completion of 5 th month of age there are certain things u cqn start Rice and dal water, Vegtable purees ,Boiled and mashed potato,sweet potato,carrot, Pureed vegetables and fruits, porridges of raw or ragi ,mashed banana ,chicoo..start with 1 spoon 1 time in a day and gradually increase.Always remember a 3 days rule before introducing new foods like when u start with something continue the same food for 3 days and see if the baby is comfortable with that food and then you can introduce a new one.

Give dal water and seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge khichadi curd rice dal rice etc
Take a good care of your baby
Burp well after every feeding
Try to keep head up position while feeding
Maintain hygiene
Maintain hydration
