you can include roti or paratha, rice recipes with veggies, fresh and seasonal fruits and vegetables, healthy fats - ghee and adequate water. porridge, idli, poha, dosa, pancake, paneer, milk shakes, chicken, egg fish if non-vegetarian.
add small mid-meals inbetween , feed on regular intervals after 2 hours.
maintain good hygiene.
avoid force feeding and overfeeding.
NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello now there is no much restrictions with what food you can be giving your child and you should be giving your child HEALTHY AND NUTRITIOUS food in the diet and also include dry fruits and all the dairy products fruits and vegetables and give any soft food
