but do it carefully.
wear a comfortable sole slippers..
take care of not to slip and don't rush for anything

Hello ma’am Yes if there is no issue you can climb the stairs 2 to 3 times in a day and just make sure that the speed is not much and we should disappear coming up and down slowly and maintain you know your speed as well as did you know never be in a hurry and be very careful when you go up and down
