include whole grains, millets, dals and pulses, milk and milk products, fresh and seasonal fruits and vegetables, adequate water to keep you hydrated and healthy fats in small quantities.
add small and handy meals inbetween after every 2 hours gap and regularize your meal timings.
avoid junk, processed, packed foods, refined flour recipes, carbonated beverages, excess salt, fats and sugar.
You can also go on a walk, start yoga or exercises.
