Q.

#Mamaxpert I m 4 month baby's mother.I breast-feed my baby. I have not taken calcium and iron supplements after my delivery. Now a days I am suffering from too much back ache. Should I take calcium and iron supplements to avoid such pain. Please suggest me .. Thanks.

A. Calcium and Iron supplements should be taken at least 3 months post your delivery and if you have not taken you should take it now keep yourself well hydrated maintain proper posture when you are breast-feeding or use a breastfeeding pillow don't Lean much forward and use panchgun oil Ayurvedic therapeutic oil for local application
