Q.

#Mamaxpert I am noticing that my starting breastmilk containing more water. After long time feed also. Pure milk or pure white milk is less as compare to starting milk. Is it ok? Should I need to eat something special which increases my breastmilk quality?

A. it is normal only and the initial portion is watery that takes care of hydration so water is not required and the latter portion is thick creamy rich in fats that will provide all the necessary nutrition and keep your baby full
