#Mamaxpert Hi, I'm a mother of almost 3 years old and I don't have my period regularly. I was on birth control pills last year for 3/4 months( till October)and I stopped because it causes a lot of nauseousness and dizziness. But I still have irregular period. Please help.

A. irregular periods can be a side effects of contraceptive pill.. take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. once visit your gynaecologist for routine investigation

A. you need to get your self clinical checked, consult the doctor.. as it could be of hormone levels change, or may be pcods.. consult the doctor and then follow the advice.. you can take jeera water in morning empty stomach it helps in regulating cycle..
