mam plz send diet chart for 6montb baby what kind of food we gave to our baby

A. Start with one solid or one semi solid meal per day and then increase gradually. You can start with rice Ka Pani or Dal Ka Pani or rice porridge or ragi porridge or any one fruit puree or stewed apple or mashed banana or any one vegetable puree or clear vegetable soup. Fruits like apples, bananas, pear, avocado, chikoo and peaches should be steamed, mashed or pureed. Vegetables such as sweet potatoes, potatoes, carrots, sweet pumpkin, french beans can be steamed and pureed. You can give moong Dal khichdi. You can also give yoghurt.
