Mam please tell what can i do to loose weight after being a mother please recommend medicine which can maintain my weight actually weight is increasing day by day after delivery why is it so??

A. ear high protein diet and walk regularly.. don't focus on abrupt weight losss and focus on building ur core. also the body is healing and needs support. wear a good postpartum belly control belt. A. Hello! Start walking for at least half an hour twice daily. Get a good sunlight exposure. Try Yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Eat in a protein and fibre rich diet and limit carbohydrate intake.
