mam my son is born on 1st july ( IUGR 4 Weeks retarded).birth weight was 1.98kg current weight is 3kg but he keeps on crying whole day ,vomiting also and is nt sleeping for more than 2-3 hrs in day time. what could be the reason

Bonnisan Give this five drops to the child maximum four times in a day only when required I would like to inform you that the Kids Safar with stomach pain and that’s completely common with them so you can give this medicine four times in a day and every day if it is needed
