mam my period is going on regularly but now this month has been delyed 10 day i chked the pragnency test but it's is negative now I m doing the brestfeed wht should I do i m feeling vomit and constipation

A. hello dear up and down in the periods after the delivery is very normal sometime irregular periods is possible when your breast feeding your baby with future keep on check on your pregnancy regularly if you don't want to conceive then you can have papaya and pineapple boil chhuhara and the milk and have that it will help you to get periods and relief from constipation
