Mam my child is 7 months now I am not giving him sugar or salt in his food he is fine when he eats fruits but when it comes on dal and kichdi he makes faces and try to spit it out everyone in my family scolds me bcoz it doesn’t have salt that’s why he is not eating any suggestions plz

A. its good to avoid adding sakt in baby food. just keep cslm n keep offering gradually he get familiear to such food. do not force feed. o k
