mam my child become 4 yrars old but according to other chil his growth is not good even he didn't get the weight he is only 10 kg right now plz advise which type of food I should give him to get the hight and 2eight

A. Height mainly depends on genes. You can encourage the child to involve in activities where he can hop often. You can add full cream cows milk, eggs, meat if non vegetarian, potatoes and all diary products like butter, curd, ghee, cheese, paneer etc. Add dry fruits and nuts like almonds, pistachios, cashew, walnut, fig, dates in the child's regular diet. They will help to increase weight. Skinny look may be due to genetic reasons. If father or mother was skinny during their childhood then she could also be getting the same physique. So as long as the child is eating properly and is active and healthy you need not worry much about the weight.
