mam my baby is feeding for every hour from yesterday nyt what would be the reason

A. Hi, This is normal in small babies dear as baby's tummy is small. Please bear for sometime. Continue breastfeeding till 6 month exclusively and don't forget to burp after every feed. Do breastfeeding on demand. Do massage for good sleep. Start giving semi solid and solid food once baby completes 6 month.
