Mam my baby is 5 month old his face has lot of red rashes I am not using any soap and cream in his face after that this is happened pls advice.

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy3 years agoA. hello baby skin being sensitive this can also be due to dryness and keep baby skin wel hydrated and use mild baby soap or baby wash like Babyhug and also apply baby face cream and lotion to prevent the dryness and keep baby skin soft and smooth
