Mam my baby is 4 months and 8 days old . I am giving him formula and breast milk. Is it fine to start cow milk instead of formula?

A. Hai good afternoon !! No... Cow milk is suggested after one year as babies cant digest animal milk easily. Until 6 months only breast milk or formula milk are suggested as baby is 4 months old continue those. From 6 onwards you can introduce semi solids fruit,vegetable puriees,mashes,cerelac,kichdi,porridges,malts after checking suitability to baby.
