mam mujhe chest me bharipan rehta h or saans lene me dikkat hoti h .x ray normal h ECG, pulse,or full body test kraya tha usme sirf TSH 8 point pr h suggest me

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician12 months agoA. If all the reports are normal then no need to worry but TSH is increased and if you are overweight then you must lose weight so start some physical exercise in your daily routine abd maintain a healthy lifestyle and start doing pranayama

Maybe sometimes you do thyroid you can face is like a problem but if you have taken all the test and nothing is there then that’s a good sign for you but he has constant chest pain can sometimes be due to gas also if you haven’t consulted a specialist in that area go for that as well but I think it could probably be due to thyroid levels only
