mam meri delivery ko 4 month hua hai ur mera backpain hoti hai uska liya kuch bta diya

A. rest n calcium. you can eat all you want thats home made and fresh and cooked. get dal, roti, rice, fruits and salads. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok.

A. Back pain may not really go away soon after the delivery. If your back feels sore and is uncomfortably stiff, you might be suffering from postpartum back pain. It might take almost 6 months for your body to get back to normal and for the relaxin hormones to subside in your body. So, your back pain should subside after 6 months. But it is better to consult your doctor. Try a hot or cold compress to relieve back pain. Place a hot water bag or cold water bag under your back to get relief from back pain.
