If your back feels sore and is uncomfortably stiff, you might be suffering from postpartum back pain. It might take almost 6 months for your body to get back to normal and for the relaxin hormones to subside in your body. So, your back pain should subside after 6 months. But it is better to consult your doctor. Try a hot or cold compress to relieve back pain. Place a hot water bag or cold water bag under your back to get relief from back pain.
