A. So first and most important thing is that you should do Keagle exercises right after your delivery for at least a month that really helps a lot and lot of doctors do not advise you that but it is very important secondly if you have completed about 6 to 7 months they ask if you can go associated with bank related yoga that is also going to be helpful and currently you can have heat pack on hot water bottle if needed
