Mam meri baby ka weight nhi bad raha h sab kha rhi h but weight 9 kg h Mughe use dwai nhi deni h ..ghar p kya solution ho skta h jj weight gain ho

A. dear mum, for healthy weight gain of your 2 years old child, you should 5 meals in a day. you should give eggs, non veg, curd, paneer, cheese, pulses, legumes, nuts.

A. add desi ghee in diet chart daily one teaspoon spoon ghee in sabji or khichdi... in winters you can give dry. fruits,besan, nariyal mix ladoo... add banana in daily diet chart.. give rosted makhana kheer( roast makhana, dry fruits, channa, sabudaana and make a dry powder in mixer store it and serve either with milk or water)
