Shaista TarannumMom of a 16 yr 8 m old boy4 years agoA. it is ok if baby vomits a little bit of milk after the feed. it is normal in babies. avoid eating foods that cause gas since you are breastfeeding. if the baby is vomiting all the milk then it is an issue. if it is little it's ok.
