Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. baby is one month if there is water coming from the eyes it can be because of blocked nasolacrimal duct please do massage in the corner of the eye down was the nose

Hi The tear duct of the eyes must have been blocked which is why your child is having this issue also I would advise you to do a gentle massage on the nose in between the eye area this will happen help in opening of the tear ducts block and will be easier for your child
