mam mere baby ko 2 mnth hua tha to mere galballder operation hua tha, use k baad mere milk kam hogi to me ase kya Karun mere milk increase hoga.

A. I would suggest you to please take shatavari it will be very helpful for increasing the milk flow apart from this include milk daliya on a regular basis in your breakfast along with one or two Namak ajwain paratha made in Desi ghee ajwain helps a lot in increasing the quality of the feed
