mam mera bhi weight gain nhi ho raha hai only 50 kg hai meri ek 7 yr ki daughter hai or son 2 yr ka hai

A. dear mum.. take well balanced diet including all five healthy food groups: vegetables, fruit, grain foods, dairy and protein. try to eat more protein rich food.. . . .

A. Hi parent please avoid stress and do meditation please include natural probiotics and dairy products and green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your daily diet it is very helpful
