mam mae 36 ki hu.. Or 2 bacche hai... bacche operation se hue hai.. last year bi mere kamar me pain utha to doctor ko dikhya nd doctor ne kaha silpdisk strt ho raha or ab phr se pain utha hai wahi p kya karu pls batye sab ilaj kar liya

Ma’am sometimes exercises are best to get rid of the problem you are in so you can consult your doctor ask the doctor what exercises would be good to deal with it also if some physiotherapy or that is going to be good so you have to go for these options as of now
