As of now you can take tablet paracetamol to reduce a headache but one consult a physician to see why it is coming.you should also rule out migraine

U Please consult your doctor she would advise you with the right medicine that you should be having if the headache is frequent then you can go for an artist also to know whether you got spectacles or something because certain times these things could be due to various reasons you have to get it checked
