A. Hi, You can have iron and calcium supplements accompanied with vitamin D3. Have milk twice in a day by adding proteins powder. Have Home made nutritious food and balanced diet including carbohydrates proteins mineral calcium vitamin etc. Do brisk walk and drink plenty of water.
