Mam I'm vegetarian Mam no egg no meat only few vegetables are found in Israel But I take 2 fruits per day in my diet, I don't get chapati here so I eat more rice, any problem?

A. No problem and you can make your own atta with whole grains and oats chilla or chana dal chilla can be made abd sprouts can be made and rice is skso equally good so don’t panic so much it’s ok have lots of fruits avd vegetables abd lentils

A. No problem see if you look at it in the Bengali culture people eat more of our eyes all the time so there is no problem you can have rice properly but apart from Chapati if their others available millets available you can also include them into your diet fruits are very good that you’re having but if you have an access of having pomegranate and beetroot specifically every day have that because they’re highly rich and Iron you can also have jaggery fox nuts you can have all green leafy vegetables specially spinach these things are also going to be good for you
