mam I'm a breastfeeding mother of two months old baby and yesterday I saw 3 blood patches on my panty!!! is it due to my periods are coming??

A. Hello good afternoon !!! Post delivery bleeding and spotting occurs around 30-50 days ... If it's been 3 months then count as periods . occasional spotting is common until 2 months, don't worry continue breast feeding every two hours until 5 complete months. Have balanced diet with calcium, iron, fibre foods.. Discuss with your gynaecologist about contraception methods if necessary .
