mam I have spotted slightly red discharge I thought it is period but next day there is no discharge why it will happens.normally I am getting period alternate months since a year.please suggest me

A. Hello dear It could be a symptom of hormonal disturbances and you have to consult your doctor and get investigated for why this is happening and hormonal treatments might be required
