Mam I am approx 31 weeks pregnant. presently only taking calcium and iron tablets along with Arginine powder.DHA has been not provided to me.will it affect my child's mental health. regards Shalini Singh

A. If it has not been suggested then why don’t you ask your doctor before you take it because during pregnancy you have to be very particular in terms of the supplements also that you take so please check with your doctor regarding this one
