Mam how much solid food quantity is enough for 7 months baby boy.....my baby is not taking enough milk.....he is taking 90ml milk in one time......and how much duration is required in between 2 meals.

A. Solids you can gvie 50-100 ml bowl or even abut more of yur kid loves to eat. Still milk is the highly nutrients food. Try to feed 3-4 times during the day. And night feeds on demand. Give warm milk before sleep that will make them have a good sleep
