A. hi how you conclude this? is your child having low weight gain? is he seems exhausted or getting tired easily? is his pee count is less than 6 times a day? mam ,each and every child has own specific apetite. so ,as far as your child is not showing any discomfort, looks happy and active, gains enough weight, passes urine at least 7 or 8 times in a day,no need to worry about it much.
