mam hi! meri beti 6 saal ki hai vo kuch nahi khati unka weight bhi km hai aur height bhi nahi hai kuch aisa recommend kare ki vo thik se khaye aur weight bhi gain ho jaye please Dr.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. it is important for you to know that the weight of the child depends upon the genetic patterns and by that pattern only the weight gain in child is seen. it also depends upon the diet the child is taking. so it is advisable that you should meet the doctor who will tell you whether there is anything to worry or not and whether the child requires any health supplements. the child should be given different flavours and recipes made from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily in small amxount. you can add ghee groundnuts dryfruits in the diet and this will help in improving the weight of the child. you can go through many recipes for children in different flavour and taste for your child on firstcry

I suggest you take a nervous with you treating doctor on that because a doctor would be Biju give you proper clarity on the situation and whatever for that you need to go ahead with would be suggested by the doctor only because a proper assessment of the child would be required
