mam can I start liquid now 5month 10days old and her weight also near to the birth weight as double. mam I have dout why 6monyh only feeding only needed if we start food what is the reason not to give.

A. hi its simply as the babies organs still developing, to avoid any allergies so gradually start top feeds post 6 months exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months of age is recommended
