Okay mam from the age of nine months onwards you should actually give all the food whatever is been made at home for your whole family along with that the right age to enrol your kids into pre nursery is 2 1/2 years to 3 years of age of comfort and then about four for nursery so that is how you’re supposed to proceed with the food that you want to give you can find different recipes online on the meal planner section on the app
