RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl2 months agoA. 120 ML is a lot to be given to the child and if you’re giving every day you shouldn’t because it is high in potassium which is why you should not given every day plus not this much amount I think 60 ML in a day just good enough and occasionally not every day
