Mai continue oats khati hu to weight km ho jta hai which roti khati hu kabhi kabhi to weight jyda ho jta hai

A. It’s a myth so first of all remove this though abd you can have chapati as well abd no need to only eat oats and also start some physical exercise in your daily routine and avoid refined processed and junk foods
