A. Hello good evening !! The ideal weight of a 3 year old kid should be 14-18 kg . 10 kg weight is under weight ,check other growth details height ,speech and intake of food. Consult the Doctor if the baby is taking a nutritional diet but not gaining weight . Include high protein,good fat foods - Dals ,milk, ghee,cheese,butter,curd,paneer,nuts ,seeds, egg,meat in a regular diet increases weight.
