A. Hello maam Fruits/Vegetables Small portions of pureed fruits like apples, pear, bananas, avocado, etc. Cooked and mashed vegetables like potatoes, carrots, squash, broccoli, and pumpkin. Soup with bite-sized, well-cooked chunks of peas, tomatoes, spinach, cauliflower, etc.
