First of all get yourself a COVID-19 tested and if it is positive then have a talk with the physician and they will tell you how to monitor yourself. If You have any symptoms even if their minimum sometimes that you get a Covid test done for yourself at least will be sure whether you’ve become positive or not because a lot of times even by coming in touch sometimes you can become positive so it is better that you get a test done for yourself
