madam my son 3 year old and sometimes he do tight potty. Is there any home remedy for this problem. please let me know for the solution.

A. it is com in kid .Hard stool is common in children as they drink less water and eat less fibrous diet . So increase any fruits and vegetables in diet also use of lactulose can be made intermittently in kids more then 2 yr of age .
