A. dear parent, if your baby is active, playful, achieving all growth milestones then there is no problem in your baby's growth. for good weight and health child should be having a balanced diet having all the food groups now you should be giving all the foods that you prepare in your house. Give top food 4 to 5 times a day and up to one katori every time. Also give one healthy snack in between. Give nuts like almond, dry fruits. Proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, milk and milk products, chicken. At least 500 ml of full cream milk and milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Avoid fruit juice and instead give the whole fruit. avoid intake of junk and packet foods.
