You should have proper consultation with your treating doctor , as some examination or investigations may be needful, so that proper medications can be given And the treatment can be done very properly. check hormonal changes and other investigations

Don’t worry you a lot of women do not get their periods for two years also after their delivery since there are exclusively breastfeeding mothers and they do not get their periods for a really long time which is a very normal body cycle for them so please don’t worry about it
