madam i have twin babies boy and girl.. my boy baby trying hard to pass stool only very small quantity coming out... why it happen like this

A. Hello, your baby boy is 6 months old and he is passing stools frequently but little quantities so don’t worry it’s due to lax anal sphincter and it will be normal automatically
