madam can i use Tranexamic acid 500mg to stop bleeding is it affects on milk n baby can u please suggest me my baby is 6months now

A. hi please avoid self medication it can be harmful always consult your gynecologist before taking the medicine. take healthy and well blanaced diet keep your body well hydrated maintain good hygiene
